Wanna know how I feel about the Digest Diet after a week of it?
I feel like SUPERWOMAN!
I have to be truthful, I was TIRED of Smoothies at the end of the 4th day. I was ready to eat some real food and move onto the next phase. When I weighted in on the morning of Day 5, I was doing the “shake my booty” dance, but it was a shake my LESS of a booty dance. And since my official weigh in day is Sunday, here is my weigh-in!
That’s a 7 pound weight loss this week! YUP! 7 POUNDS! Can I get a WOOT WOOT!?
I’m looking forward to this weeks plan – lots of great, healthy foods, just the kinds of food I love. Creamy Quinoa is a new favorite in my house for breakfast! Did I mention I am SUPPOSED to have a glass of red wine every night? Oh, yeah, there is THAT!
Honestly, now that I am at the “fade away” phase, I am finding it pretty easy to follow. The exercise parts haven’t been too easy for me as I have a cold, but I am looking forward to feeling better and KICKING butt!
