Day 2 was a little bit harder for me today. I love smoothies, and have them all the time, but I am used to having more snacks in the day and I think I was missing some food to “crunch”on. That being said, I never felt hungry- I was full all day.
I had a banana smoothie for breakfast, an apple cinnamon smoothie with extra cinnamon for lunch, the tomato/cream cheese snack with celery, and more squash soup with Asian greens for dinner. I was headachy so I had another cup of coffee later in the day.
What Made You Laugh Today?
I was downright hysterical laughing at my daughter tonight. She’s a funny kid sometimes!
When, Where and How Did You Move?
I did some serious floor scrubbing today- and washed windows and walked around the block. I’m in fall-get-the-house-ready-for-holidays- cleaning mode.
What Challenged You?
I wanted to eat.. not because I was hungry- but because I wanted to have food in my mouth. I’m glad that the first phase is only 4 days. I am looking forward to more meals and less smoothies and soups.

I had a piece of gum, and some ice.
