I’m paired up with Libby at Bruises in the Frosting and I guarantee that she and I are going to kick some REAL BUTT! Even if we win, we lose, get it??

I weighted myself this morning and used my Omron Fitness Scale. Just to be clear, it weighs me at 3 pounds heavier than my usual scale, but I’m going to own the number and the scale and not concentrate on that number, but how I’m getting BACK on track and ready to rock!
Yes, it says I gained 7 pounds, but in my head I only gained 5. Still, not working out well during the summer took it’s toll. Mark’s (@mrbookieboo’s) workouts are no joke- and I’m prepared to be tired. I’ve already pulled out my food journals and stuff- this time I’ll be using My Fitness Pal to journal as well- friend me at Wendydelmo.
